 E-DEAL GROUPWARE CONNECT
The most widely used tools today are e-mail tools. Microsoft Outlook®, Outlook Express®, IBM Lotus Notes ® are the most important ones in addition to Thunderbird®, the open-source alternative.
CRM tool users have been strongly demanding for the possiblity to access sent and received e-mails in relation with a particular contact inside the CRM tool. E-DEAL offers an easy solution : all you have to do is, when you send an e-mail to one or more contacts, to add "E-DEAL CRM" as carbon copy. Similarly, when you receive a message, just forward it to "E-DEAL CRM".

Bidirectional calendar synchronization
The e-mail is shown inside the CRM tool with all of its attached files. It is directly accessible from the customer file. This simple method is universal - it works regardless of what your e-mail tool is and even enables you to use a webmail - which is practical - it doesn't require you to close your e-mail tool - non-intrusive - it doesn't modify the original e-mail.

The Synchronization module enables you to synchronize your calendar and all advanced e-mail functionalities, between E-DEAL CRM and your groupware.

Looking further than e-mail, we also want to access E-DEAL contacts from within Outlook® or Notes®and to synchronize both calendars and task managers (E-DEAL with Notes or E-DEAL with Exchange) so that a meeting can be taken on both applications. This is now possible with E-DEAL / EXCHANGE & E-DEAL / NOTES connectors. Data transfers are done as a background task directly server-to-server, with no intervention by the user. All advanced functions are integrated : iterative meetings, delegation.

If you also have a PDA synchronized with Outlook or Notes, your E-DEAL CRM meetings, tasks and contacts, once synchronized with Outlook or Notes will be available from the PDA. Similarly, a meeting added on your PDA will be synchronized with Outlook or Notes and then into E-DEAL CRM. Take meetings with your PDA, with Outlook or Notes or with E-DEAL : do as you like !

How could it be more simple ?

Unidirectional contact synchronization
