E-DEAL VOICE CHANNEL enables you to connect your CRM to your phone system, therefore opening a whole new dimension of Customer Relationship Management.
E-DEAL VOICE CHANNEL was conceived to quickly enable you to gain productivity (5 to 10%), to improve the quality of the service you provide (15 to 20%) and to improve your capacity to retain data (100%).

Thanks to E-DEAL VOICE CHANNEL, every single phone number in your database becomes clickable. Click, the number is dialed ! To keep track of all phone calls, CTI automatically opens a note in order to have a call report that will be historized in the customer file. CTI also enables you to return information about outgoing calls (call answered, customer occupied, ...) to automatically complete the customer file or the call list.

With CTI, each call can be automatically redirected to the right teleoperator (based on various criterias : availability, abilities, targeted market,...).
The operator has access to the customer file, and can welcome the caller personnally. He is also informed of all previous contacts with the customer, and can answer most of his needs without having to ask him again.
The call can then automatically be transfered to another operator, if needed, along with the customer file, and with eventual commentaries on the current situation. The interaction is added automatically inside E-DEAL CRM.

Gain back your mobility Thanks to CTI, your employees are identified using their computer login, enabling you to contact them regardless of where they are. When you transfer a call to an employee, the call gets to him, wherever he might be !
