Call from a customer file
Thanks to E-DEAL VOICE CHANNEL, every single phone number in your database becomes clickable. Click, the number is dialed ! To keep
track of all phone calls, CTI automatically opens a note in order to have a call report that will be historized in the
customer file. CTI also enables you to return information about outgoing calls (call answered, customer occupied, ...) to
automatically complete the customer file or the call list.

With CTI, each call can be automatically redirected to the right teleoperator (based on various criterias : availability, abilities, targeted
market,...).
The operator has access to the customer file, and can welcome the caller personnally. He is also informed of all previous contacts with
the customer, and can answer most of his needs without having to ask him again.
The call can then automatically be transfered to another operator, if needed, along with the customer file, and with
eventual commentaries on the current situation. The interaction is added automatically inside E-DEAL CRM.
