  E-DEAL AUTOMATION
E-DEAL AUTOMATION is a Customer Asset Management tool.
By automating your commercial and marketing approaches, it enables you to make full use of your Customer Capital.
It is an entirely automated system that relies on customer knowledge, marketing management rules and a commercial company policy to create and develop a personalized commercial relationship with each individual customer. It enables you to offer each customer the right product at the right time.

For example, a customer who bought a given product will often be interested in another product a little later. A web-visitor that sees a page more than X times is seriously interested in the concerned offer. A customer should not be contacted more than 3 days after an offer was sent to him, etc.


Define your rules Define which event triggers what reaction.
For example :
 
- An offer is sent to a customer
- No contact for 7 days
- A customer orders
- A customer visits the website

Manage logical links When one or more rules are respected, E-DEAL AUTOMATION is able to logically link the situation to a reaction.
For example :

(Offer sent to a customer)
AND
(No contact for 7 days)

==> contact the customer again


Automate reactions E-DEAL AUTOMATION can then logically link the reaction that has to be taken depending on the customer profile.

For example :

If (customer recontacted)
For (strategic customer) :
Send and alert to sales agent.
For (important customer) :
Place an alert in your sales agents schedules
For (regular customer) :
Place an alert in the schedule of your agent secretaries

A sales agent might find an action offer on E-DEAL SALES : "Recontact customer X who might buy product P because...", a teleoperator might find : "Call MR.Z about product P", while a personalized e-mail will be generated based on an e-mail-model, targeting an "Important Customer".

All of the commercial and marketing company policies can be automated, thus providing you with an improved, harmonized approach to customers, automated activity surveillance and a large diminution of your team's workload.
