	Once a year, the E-DEAL Users Club is the opportunity for E-DEAL clients to debate about their CRM experience with E-DEAL, to discuss about future evolutions of the product, to discover existing innovations and to get advice from CRM experts. It is open to all E-DEAL clients.

This event is a unique opportunity for E-DEAL Clients to discuss CRM-related issues, such as implementation. We believe anyone can gain from openness towards other horizons : therefore, customer relationship experts from all over the world share theire expertise with us, and tell us about their vision of Customer Relationship Management.

A new version of E-DEAL, V2007, was recently unveiled. This stands as a proof for E-DEAL's active implication in developping CRM software, by constantly innovating and offering a more simple and more open application.
