Job description
Thanks to your multi-faceted profile, both technical and functional, you can take part
in all stages of the implementation of a CRM tool for our clients :
Project Managing - Consulting / Expertise - Training - Implementation.
Project Management :
You will plan the workload, organize it, follow its progression, validate the realized
customizations, implement them and get the client's approval.
Mobile, you mainly work in France (70% IDF) but you can take part in foreign
missions.
You are autonomous, rigorous, organized, and able to manage a project, to define a workplan and respect it.
Consulting / Expertise :
You will help some of our clients to evolve from the beginning stages to the realization
(customization) stage.
Training :
You will take part in the training of our clients and integrator partners.
Implementation :
You will take part in the client's installation / customization processes.
Profile :
An Engineer, with a good experience of Information Systems, ideally with an
integrator or an IT consultancy, you have already actively taken part in a CRM implementation project. You possess a good
knowledge of relationship management.
You have already developed in JAVA / JSP.
You are very organized. You listen to your team and to your
clients. You have a solid knowledge of the technology and architecture of Web-based applications :
- Sevlet/JSP mechanisms
- HTML/JavaScript
- JAVA
- XML

Workload : 35 hours a week

Job description

Pre-Sales - Project Study - Support - Customization - Training - Management - ...
Pre-Sales :
You will help defining needs, proof of concept customization, participate to the creation
of the client offers and defend them, realize technical presentations.
Project Study :
You will help some of our clients to evolve from the tender stage to the realization
(custmization) stage.
Support :
You will cover the role of "product expert" for our integrators, in direct link with
the Reasearch and Development department to ensure optimal customization for our clients.
Customization :
You will take part in the clients' customization processes.
Training :
You will take part in the training of our clients and integrator partners.
Management :
You will plan the workload, organize it, follow its progression, validate the realized
customizations, implement them and get the client's approval.
Mobile, you mainly intervene in France (70% IDF, 30% région) but you can take part to a foreign mission.
You are autonomous, rigorous, organized, and able to manage a project, to define a workplan and respect it.
Profile
At the start an Engineer, with a good experience of Information Systems, ideally with an
integrator or an IT Consultancy, you have already actively taken part in a CRM implementatiopn project. You possess a good
knowledge of relationship management.
